As many of you know, I love to make cakes; so much so, that I thought I'd dabble with a blog to keep a record of my latest baking efforts!
I'm a real believer in unadulterated foods, so always cook my cakes from scratch using fresh ingredients, including real butter and always, always, free range organic eggs. Happy browsing!

Dragon Cake!
The dragon on this iced cake was modelled using marzipan and painted with edible food colourings. The grass is made from desiccated coconut.
