As many of you know, I love to make cakes; so much so, that I thought I'd dabble with a blog to keep a record of my latest baking efforts!
I'm a real believer in unadulterated foods, so always cook my cakes from scratch using fresh ingredients, including real butter and always, always, free range organic eggs. Happy browsing!

Black Forest Cupcakes!
These were chocolate cupcakes, filled with black forest cherries and covered in a cherry cream. An old favourite....yum, yum, yum!
