Fererro Rocher Cake
This was a chocolate and hazelnut cake, covered in Fererro Rocher - my Mom's favourite!
Hi There, It's a simple chocolate ganache with a good dollop of Nutella. You can buy hazelnut essence on the internet but it tends to be very pungent and a little bit unnatural tasting, so best to avoid. The cake itself is a hazelnut sponge. Hope this helps. Rachel
