This madeira Christening cake was made using Madagascan vanilla seeds and was sandwiched together with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Not my personal 'style' if you know what I mean but the shape and design, with boots, bear, building blocks, photo and italic writing, was specifically requested by Keavy May's Mom, to match the cake that was made for her Son's christening day a few years before.
