As many of you know, I love to make cakes; so much so, that I thought I'd dabble with a blog to keep a record of my latest baking efforts!
I'm a real believer in unadulterated foods, so always cook my cakes from scratch using fresh ingredients, including real butter and always, always, free range organic eggs. Happy browsing!
