As many of you know, I love to make cakes; so much so, that I thought I'd dabble with a blog to keep a record of my latest baking efforts!
I'm a real believer in unadulterated foods, so always cook my cakes from scratch using fresh ingredients, including real butter and always, always, free range organic eggs. Happy browsing!

Halloween - Little Green Monster Cupcakes
These monster cupcakes were milk and white chocolate and were made for Halloween. In the last picture, you can also see the cyclops, brain and vampire cupcakes I made. The latter were all lemon sponge with a lemon buttercream.
