As many of you know, I love to make cakes; so much so, that I thought I'd dabble with a blog to keep a record of my latest baking efforts!
I'm a real believer in unadulterated foods, so always cook my cakes from scratch using fresh ingredients, including real butter and always, always, free range organic eggs. Happy browsing!

This tortoise was made in about 5 minutes, as a bit of an experiment on a Saturday afternoon - just to see if the concept would work! I'm sure I'll find some excuse for making a batch of these in the not too distant future!
